- **Gold** — point-based, 24-hour boost duration
- **Platinum** — point-based, 8-hour boost duration (top tier)

## Credits & Points System

- Promote+, Gold, and Platinum plans use a points-based credit system
- Points are purchased in subscriptions (3-month or 6-month with 20% discount)
- Points are applied per listing to control boost duration and frequency
- Promo code support and EU VAT calculation included
- Points balance, usage, and history visible in the dashboard

## User Features

- Save listings to favorites (sale and rental separately)
- Send a direct message to a property owner or agent
- Request a property tour
- Submit a formal offer (sale listings)
- Share a listing via email or link
- Draft auto-save for listings in progress
- Agent branding: company logo overlay on listing images

## User Types

- **Regular** — can post free listings; must upgrade to agent for paid plans
- **Agent** — full access to all plans, bulk posting, and branding features
